Indications

• Relief of symptoms of mild and moderate knee joint degeneration.

Dosage

• Adults over 18 years: 1 tablet x 3 times a day.
• Glucosamine sulfate may be used in monotherapy or in combination with other drug such as chondroitin 1200 mg/day.
• Duration of treatment with this drug depends on individuals, at least 2 – 3 months continual period to ensure the treatment efficacy.

Usage

• Vorifend 500 is administered orally.

• Pregnancy,
• Lactation,
• Children,
• Adolescents under 18 years of age.

Rare, very mild and transient.

• Prolonged treatment with glucosamine may be applicable. Treatment should be repeated after 6 months or earlier according to disease condition.
• Drug may be effective after one week, therefore antiinflammatory analgesics may be used in initial days if excessive pain occurs.
